Vicky is a prophetic voice, author, speaker, and founder of multiple Kingdom movements — passionately committed to awakening and equipping a generation to live surrendered, set apart, and Spirit-led. After three decades as a Kingdom entrepreneur, she now serves in full-time ministry through Company of Dreamers, Firestarters Global, Eight:Eighteen Consulting, and Close Encounter Worship — helping others walk in prophetic clarity, bold obedience, and deeper intimacy with God.
Vicky Hughes is a prophetic voice, author, speaker, coach, and movement founder, called to awaken, align, and activate a generation to live fully surrendered, set apart, and Spirit-led.

After over 30 years as an entrepreneur, she now serves in full-time Kingdom ministry — carrying a mantle to help others walk in prophetic clarity, deep intimacy with God, and Spirit-led purpose, partnering with Him to build in divine alignment across every sphere of influence.

She is the founder of Company of Dreamers, a global movement of Christian women daring to discover their God-given dreams and live boldly as daughters of the King — and the founder of Firestarters Global, a catalytic Kingdom movement birthed to ignite and equip a remnant of burning ones marked by His presence, formed in the secret place, and led by the Spirit to impact every sphere of culture with boldness, purity, and power. As part of Firestarters, she co-hosts the Firestarters Podcast and helps steward a growing network of hubs and gatherings around the world. Through it all, her heart remains the same: to live surrendered — and help others do the same.

Through her books, speaking, coaching, and prophetic training, Vicky creates space for others with one consistent cry: to see God’s people awakened and walking boldly in everything they were born to be and do.

As part of her marketplace mandate, she also founded Eight:Eighteen Consulting to bring prophetic strategy and Spirit-led insight into Christian businesses and organisations, helping them build in partnership with God.

A passionate worshipper at heart, Vicky has been writing worship songs for over 30 years — many of which have travelled the world in unexpected and miraculous ways. She ministers under the Close Encounter Worship label, recording and releasing songs birthed in the secret place, carrying the sound of encounter and calling hearts back to intimacy with Him.

Vicky is the author of Dream Big Blueprint and a trusted mentor to emerging leaders and Kingdom pioneers. Often described as warm, funny, refreshingly real, and deeply relatable, she is trusted by many as a voice who brings both depth and direction — always pointing people back to the presence of God.
She lives in the UK with her husband Ed, their daughter Grace, her mom, and two slightly spoiled labradoodles. She loves to travel, is addicted to great coffee, and if she’s not wearing jeans… something’s probably wrong.
