A bit about Vicky...
Vicky Hughes is a prophetic voice, author, speaker, coach, and movement founder, called to awaken, align, and activate a generation to live fully surrendered, set apart, and Spirit-led.
​
After over 30 years as a successful entrepreneur, Vicky has shifted her focus to full-time Kingdom ministry — carrying a mantle to speak into identity, purpose, and bold obedience across the Church, the marketplace, and the global body of Christ. Her life and leadership are marked by a deep love for the presence of God, a passion for seeing others walk in clarity and confidence, and a commitment to building what Heaven is asking for — without compromise.

She is the founder of Company of Dreamers, a global movement of Christian women daring to discover their God-given dreams, align with Heaven’s purpose, and become all they were created to be. Described as a “tribe, a movement, a global gathering,” Company of Dreamers exists to stir identity, awaken vision, and equip women to live boldly as daughters of the King. Through coaching, retreats, prophetic training, and her podcast, Vicky mentors women to see what God sees, agree with what He says, and live out their divine calling.

She also co-founded and co-leads Firestarters, a Spirit-led ministry birthed to awaken and equip a remnant of burning ones — those marked by God’s presence and sent into every sphere of culture with purity, boldness, and prophetic clarity. As part of Firestarters, she co-hosts the Firestarters Podcast and helps steward a growing movement of hubs and gatherings around the world.

In addition, Vicky is the founder of Eight:Eighteen Consulting, where she brings prophetic strategy and Spirit-led insight into business, leadership, and organisational development for those building in partnership with God.

Vicky is the author of Dream Big Blueprint and a coach and mentor to emerging leaders, creatives, and Kingdom pioneers. Known for her warmth, wisdom, humour, and uncompromising obedience, she creates space for others to discover their voice, unlock purpose, and walk in the clarity they’ve been praying for.

She lives in the UK with her husband Ed and their creative, adventure-loving daughter. A worshipper at heart, Vicky has written worship songs for over 25 years — many of which have travelled the world in miraculous ways, fulfilling a prophetic word she received in her early twenties: that she would pen songs from the throne room of God that would go out and touch nations.

Whether she’s leading a prophetic room, coaching a leader, speaking from a platform, or writing from the secret place — Vicky carries one consistent cry:
To see God's sons and daughters awakened, aligned, and activated for all they were born to carry.
